Website Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Request purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions of Use regulate access, navigation and use of the website www.singulartm.com (hereinafter, ‘the Website’), as well as the responsibilities derived from the use of its contents (such as texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information, as well as any other creation protected by national laws and international treaties on intellectual property). Additionally, ‘User’ is defined as the person who accesses, browses or uses the services and activities, free or onerous, developed on the Website.
The access to or the mere use of the Website shall imply the User’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as published. As a consequence, the User is invited to read these Terms and Conditions carefully from time to time.
These Terms and Conditions of Use are not intended to regulate any contractual aspects related to the provision by SINGULAR TM of its specific services, being limited to be the legal framework of use and access to the Website. The Users may access the Website free of charge. However, the provision of some of the services offered by SINGULAR TM may be subject to request, for whose management, SINGULAR TM may request certain information from the User.

SINGULAR TM has always taken the appropriate measures, in accordance with state-of-the-art technology at all times, to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, and to prevent the existence of viruses or computer programs that may cause damage to Users.
However, computer security is not infallible and is exposed to certain risks as a result of the unavoidable activity that hackers and programmers of viruses or malicious programs carry out. Therefore, although SINGULAR TM makes every effort to avoid this type of programs, and updates at all times its computer and system security, SINGULAR TM cannot guarantee, nor is held liable for damages suffered by the user as a result of:
- Faults or interruptions in the service of the Website;
- Viruses or computer programs or any elements designed for cyber attacks or the infiltration in the User’s computer systems that may have been installed due to or as a result of the access to the Website;
- The Website’s possible vulnerability and the security measures adopted;

6. DURATION AND MODIFICATION

Additionally, SINGULAR TM shall make every effort to guarantee the continuity of the service and the operation of the Website. However, and to the extent permitted by law, SINGULAR TM may terminate, suspend or interrupt, at any time and without prior notice, the access to the contents of the Website, without the possibility for the User to claim any compensation, either for technical difficulties or maintenance
7. DECLARATION OF INVALIDITY
Any declaration of invalidity of any provision included in these Terms and Conditions shall not affect any other provision not affected by that provision.
8. APPLICABLE LAW. COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the application of any other rules issued by competent authorities.
Any discrepancy between the User and SINGULAR TM regarding the validity and effect of any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be settled judicially, in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction established in the applicable regulations.
